How to care for your microgreens
Place microgreens tray in an area of indirect sunlight, ensuring your greens aren’t exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Water tray from bottom (lift a section and add to main tray) once per day with half a cup to a cup of water. Your goal is to just keep the roots moist. If the surface of the roots appears dry, add a small amount of water to the surface of that section as well.
Be sure to have your tray located on a flat surface. When harvesting your greens, use a sharp scissors or a sharp knife to cut low on the stem.
